Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

Since some of our press-on nail sets are handcrafted, processing times may vary slightly during peak seasons, product launches, or promotional periods.

Shipping Time

Estimated delivery times:

  • Punjab: 2–5 Business Days

  • Metro Cities: 3–7 Business Days

  • Other Locations in India: 4–8 Business Days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping on eligible orders as advertised on our website.

  • Standard shipping charges may apply to certain orders depending on location and promotional offers.

Any applicable shipping charges will be displayed at checkout before payment.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS (where applicable).

Customers can use the tracking information to monitor the status of their shipment.

Delivery Delays

While we strive to ensure timely delivery, The Purple Hearts is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Courier service disruptions

  • Public holidays

  • Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer

  • Circumstances beyond our control

Incorrect Address Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details at checkout.

If an incorrect address is provided and the package is returned to us, additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatching the order.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or if you believe your package has been lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery or the expected delivery date.

Please provide:

  • Order Number

  • Clear photographs (if damaged)

  • Unboxing video (if applicable)

We will work with the shipping partner to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Order Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped.

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and will be subject to our Return & Refund Policy.
